Will homeowners insurance cover replacing a collapsing trailer floor?

Will homeowners insurance cover replacing a collapsing trailer floor?

Homeowners Insurance is not a maintenance policy. It does not cover wear & tear. Most likely this will not be covered. It depends on what caused it to collapse.

If it collapsed because of a covered peril, then yes. If it collapsed because it was old, or in disrepair, then no.
Most of the time, no. Unless the collapse is a result of, for example, fire damage.

Most of the time, trailer floors (and roofs) collapse because they are old and rusty - it's inherent in the nature of a trailer. That's why they are crappy investments - because they depreciate.
