Where can I shop homeowners insurance for a 19th floor condo in Miami Beach? one way is to ask some of your neighbors who they use-what co- have they been happy- with the co??-have they had many premium increases- any claims-any difficulties-or any good stories or horror stories--if your neighbors will talk to you- see who has a co that they are happy with & who has given them good service- particularly if they can recommend, a good agent.--barring that -go to the yellow pages under insurance--homeowners-condos if delineated as condos--look for an Independent Insurance Broker or Agency, that handles many different cos--they can shop the coverage you need--and show you the best policies for the most reasonable premiums, the best value for you, for your needs--you are their customer, not the different cos they represent--they work for you and your business & loyalty !! i am a retired Independent Insurance Broker for life & health insurance & a retired CFP & CPA & LUTCF.. if i can be of any further help, please holler back at me..good luck to you...
