Is property damage from pets covered by homeowners insurance?

Is property damage from pets covered by homeowners insurance?

nope sorry -- you buy insurance by clause -- if you didn't buy the clause its not there. i don't even know if there is a pet damage clause. if it was damage done by someone elses animal you can sue -- the owner is responsible for the animals actions. that means if you are the owner you are responsible.
Dang if I know
I would think so... but this question might do better under an insurance category
Generally no. Unless you have a specific clause in your policy that states otherwise. If you didn't specifically ask for that, then that clause isn't there. Sorry.
IS IT A RENTAL? Sorry if so are you the renter ? If more than likely you are not covered . Welcome to America !
Not if it was caused by your pets, if it was someones elses than I would think that it would be covered.
no. it also depends on which state you live in since isurance laws can be different. you can also call your insurance agent and ask. if not i am sure they can figure out how to give your home some coverage.
