In the event of Ouija Board Demon Damage: Will homeowners insurance cover it? |
What if you buy one with a Visa, or American Express? Do you have any recourse through them? nope Insurance companies would fall back on the Act of God clause God has a sense of humour... you bet sunman I say ring them up and tell them the place is trashed and see what they say! oh yes the "Act of God clause" if insurance companies have this does that mean they believe in God? If that is the case then ask them how they justify his existence? If they can't then the clause is unjust and unable to be up held in a court of law. So you should be able to make the claim. So what does that tell you that insurance companies鈥?they are evil? You see Evil uses the name of God to do its dirty work but never can they claim it. Yeah, they covered mine. My house was turned into a raging inferno, but it was all good. As far as insurance goes, it depends on the company. As far as the credit card companies, they have no responsibility that I'm aware of, however, you may be able to sue the company that produced the Ouija board and perhaps the store that sold it, however I'm not sure if there's any legal precedent for that. |
