I am self employed, I fell at work. Can I sue the persons homeowners insurance?

I have no broken bones, I have siatica, nerve damage.

I think you are meant to have insurance on your self for this sort of thing since it is just mandatory when you have a certain number of workers.

As for suing the person, that is unfair to consider since you evidently did not take precautions for accidents.
technically yes but depends on type of fall. i.e. if you fell over there wobbly slabs yes its there fault but if you tripped over a wire you put along the floor no its your own fault
