Do you think it is hypocritical of you to believe in paying more income tax yet take all deductions avaliable?


I am asking this question directly to the individual, not their political beliefs. This question is about YOU...... not as a democrat or republican. If you answer this question by slamming any political party or their leaders then you have avoided the question.

Yes, but not only that, there is nothing that prevents people from donating more of their income to the government if they feel they are not paying enough in taxes. Not a whole lot of that going on.

Yes it is hypocritical. Just because you qualify for some of these deductions, it doesn't mean that everybody does.
