Filing of income tax returns : india?


My annual income is just Rs. 55000/- p.a.. I still want to find my Income tax returns for 2006-07.
Is it ok or will the Income tax officer object/ refuse to my filing of returns?

Its pefectly fine to file tax return even if you make less than 60,000 a year.

You file can not be rejected. You can get the return without paying any taxes because its a tax free slab that you make income Source(s): personal business in India
Your annual income is below taxable limit. From last year IT deptt not accepting such below taxable returns.
