Do you own assets? Your income does not have to be taxable to qualify. Investment income or savings will work too.

NORMALLY, the sponsor has to have a positive income, about 25% above the poverty line, for the nunber of persons, to be sponsored.
Go to USCIS.GOV and scroll to the f.a.q., and go from there.
