Where is the law that says we have to pay federal income taxes? |
Where is this supposed law that tells us we must pay taxes? I still haven't found one myself. I have know for a long while that many people in this country find that paying taxes are unconstitutional. I have just seen a movie that I have most interesting and would like to share it with whom would like to see it .Its called"Zeitgeist the Movie" The 16th amendment to the Constitution "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." 26 U.S.C. 搂 7201 http://trac.syr.edu/laws/26usc7201.html... Ok, there really isn't one. Call the IRS, give them your name and social security number, and tell them you are onto their little scam and won't be participating any more. Even better, don't just call, send them a letter. If you haven't found one, you haven't looked very hard.
