I would say no, unless you told them to take out OK taxes for you. no, they shouldn't take out Oklahoma state taxes from your paycheck if you reside in oklahoma and work in texas. you will have to pay them when you file your state income tax return though. If they are earning their pay in Oklahoma then yes. Otherwise, no. Yes, assuming you are a resident of OK while you are employed with the TX employer. |
