At what age are you exempt from paying income taxes? None-- its certain just like death. In fact, in some cases you have to pay taxes after you're dead (e.g. estate taxes) technically ... any age ... did you know there is no law that states your income can be taxed? At the age in which you have no income! When you are dead. Never, you will pay taxes even after you are dead. None. The only exemptions are income-based. Even dead people have to file a return for the year in which they die. I presume the penalty for failure to do so is severe. under 10 yrs |
