If there is no law requiring us to pay income taxes, then why is Wesley Snipes being threatened w/ jail time? |
Before you bash me for this question, I learned that there is no law in the books requiring Americans to pay a federal income tax. According to tax experts, former IRS agents (who spoke out and got fired), lawyers, historians, and some politicians; the imposition of an income tax is a fraud because federal income tax is neither a direct (tax on utilities and other sevices used) or indirect tax (on goods or services of choice such as gas, for example)--a requirement in the Constitution that must be fulfilled--or it is considered illegal and unconstitutional. Taxing one's income does not fulfill this requirement. And as for paying for education and other social services, the money is covered by state taxes, not the federal income tax. The federal income tax is for the military and contractors that lose track of billions annually, space exploration and other pork--virtually NONE of our hard-earned income is going to paying for services to benefit us. Here's video on this issue: You are correct. But it is only about no law in having to pay income taxes. See, Mr. Snipes DID file income taxes, and he did get refunds. But the income tax forms he signed and filed were fraudulent. And that my friend IS illegal, and it will get you time in prison. So get those panties out of the bunches they are in. Breathe, and then pop in one of the Blade trilogy movies, sit back, and watch the blood splatter. . . Say what you want.. You don't pay your taxes and you are going to jail... There is a law, you must be listening to the same people he is. He is going to jail, if he doesnt pay up.
