Oh what the heck! Just don't pay them and maybe the government will come to you and explain it to you personally.
There are a myriad of court cases covering this. Quit chasing your tail. If you do not want to pay your taxes that is fine with me. I am sure some very unpleasant people from the IRS will take the time to prove it at your trial.
Ok, i can't prove it. Go ahead and ignore it. Don't pay income tax. When the IRS breaks down your door and sends you to jail, you'll get the picture.
I can't prove that other than to say the law was passed by congress a long time ago. Key word here is LAW. Now if you don't think the law is valid, don't pay your taxes and I'm guessing it will be only a short time in which you will have to prove you don't have to pay taxes. Can you say,lost my home, lost my cars, lost my bank acct, lost everything I have and here I am in the Fed Pen???????
