If vampires lived in USA, would they be required to pay State & Federal income taxes & property taxes? |
Even if they were born here as human citizens first, then died and came back to life as the undead (after being bitten by a vampire before they became one). If a person who gets bitten, dies and comes back as a vampire, and he gets mail from the post office, would he mark on the letter, "Not here, Undead" as apposed to "Deceased, Return to Sender!" ? Probably..... just because it's the US government... I think they have to pay the death tax, and that is it. Well, our congressmen are all blood-sucking parasites anyway. They pay as little taxes as possible, but still wind up paying a little. There seem to many legal loopholes pertaining to vampires. Most tax and postal services are designed with the understanding that the dead will remain inactive. I'm sure that new legal precedents can be established as soon as a preponderance of activity from the decseased is noticed by the IRS or US Postal Service. (If it indeed exists) Good question, although the Research and Studies Institute of Oxford England proved that Vampires must not exist. Using a logirithmic math equation, they calculated that if one vampire did exist, and fed on one human per week, with the spreading of the vampire traits to all of it's new victims, that there would be no humans left on earth after just two years. If they were to eat only once a month, that would give us almost three years before they starved to death. Thusly if they did exist since the middle ages, then we would all be vampires, and truly dead. Blood money! Count Chockula adds a lot of tax money to US coffers. If they are a US citizen, then, yes, taxes will be expected to be paid on their part, but I'd pay to watch the IRS people try to collect it in person. As for the rest, that depends on whether or not they want to receive mail or not. |
