Did you know that there is no law that makes you pay your federal income taxes? |
To this day there has not been one person who can show me and many others a law that states I must pay my federal income tax. The IRS has refused to answer anyone either. This is not a conspiracy theory and if you say it is show me the law that says you have to pay. Ah, 'Cool Hand Conspiracy Luke' is at it again. Tell you what, kid, when you finally get a job, why don't you try not paying your taxes and find out for yourself if there's a law about that or not. I can show you the people thrown in jail for tax evasion. Yeah, you just won't get any Social Security when you get old. You don't have to pay it... but they'll just mess up your credit history, which will in turn make you pay someday The 16th Amendment to the Constitution, ratified in 1913, clearly states that "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." For argument's sake I wish I had a rebuttle but I got nothing. I will be watching closely. that particular amendment was never "officially" ratified by the states... It was however "unofficially" ratified... I don't think a court case would rule in your favor. |
