My son was born on Nov. 15 2006. Will I be able to claim him on my income taxes if he is only two months?

Yes, you could claim him for the whole year of 2006. Why do I know, because my daughter was born Dec 4 and I was able to claim her exemptions for the whole year on her year of birth. I filed my taxes on one of those reputable tax filing companies.

yes you can claim him as long as he was born in the year 2006 because they count him as a dependent while your carrying him and i know because i prepare tax returns part-time
