When Medicaid is considering your income, do they look at the amount made before taxes are held out or after?

I know the income limit for our state's program is 2,700 a month but I don't know if that means what you earned or bring home. Thanks for your help!

Before taxes.
They look at the gross amount (b4 taxes).......
before taxes...the gross income
yes they look at before taxes. which to me is not fair since you dont even get the money the goverment does. I applied for medicaid once and they turned me down over three dollars!
