While doing my taxes, What form do i fill if i have additinal income?

I work as a graphic designer but i freelance on the side and have somewhat of a home business. Im not sure which forms to fill to report my freelance income.

Freelance income would be reported on schedule C, or C-EZ - you'd probably be able to use C-EZ. You'll report your freelance income there, along with any expenses of doing the job, and the number at the bottom will carry over to your 1040. You'll also have to fill out a schedule SE to calculate your self-employment tax (social security and medicare) on this income - that will transfer over to the 1040 also. Your income from your regular job will just go on your 1040 as usual.
It's regular income. Add it as other income. You will then have to itemize your related expenses.
go see the movie happy feet it was so cool i felt like dancing the was the penguin's did.or at less rent it out.
It looks like you have a sole propreitorship.

Forms 1040, Schedule C, Schedule SE may be required.

Caveat: Did you collect sales tax? State sales tax forms may be required. Do you have a state income tax? Most states do.
You need the 1040--long form
