My employer didn't file taxes for the past 2 years. How many years do I have to claim that income?

No taxes were taken out of my annual salary by either my employer or by me. He is in the process of filing bankruptcy on all of his companies.

You need to file each year, usually by April 15 (this year-April 17).
It doesn't matter what your employer did or is doing.
If you did not file for a previous year, get the forms at www.irs.gov and file as soon as possible to stop further interest.
You may file last years this year only, you may still be penalized.
If your employer has not filed taxes, you may have to file as a 1099, regardless the employer should keep records of how much you have been paid. A little unknown advice...file before he/she does, otherwise you may be left holding the bag.
