Yes, you are still responsible for GA taxes as this is your resident state. If your employer does not have nexus in GA, they are not required to deduct GA taxes and you are responsible to make estimated tax payments. Yes you do - you live there, so must file a resident return.
You file where you live. The tax form will ask you for income earned in another state. Look on your state's tax form and instructions. It will ask if you earned income in another state. Put the income there. good luck
