Income tax calculation in India for earnings abroad?


Someone working with a MNC in India travels for company assignment outside the country and gets per-diem for his travel. Will that money will be taxable in India or not? If yes then how it will be calculated.

India has policy for Single taxation with many country.
You have to pay taxes on each income at least in 1 country.Be it India or abroad.
