What is your biggest gripe (complaint) about dealing with your insurance agent?

home/auto/etc.

She sounds snotty on the phone, she sighs like she's being put out, she acts like you're bothering her when you call to add a new car or buy a new home. That makes me angry. We have cars, home and life insurance through her and give her tons of money. She acts like I'm bugging her if I call her twice a year! Horrible people skills. She does not repond to email, so avoiding her on the phone is impossible.

He wears this ridiculous toupee and he thinks nobody notices. so sad, it's so hard not to smirk when he talks to you.
Pressing buttons to get to an actual person to talk on the phone.
actually my agents are GREAT especially my health one for the business I work at (I handle it for everyone....or well, I call my insurance agent and she takes care of it!) its the corporate people above them that are awful....so much red tape and so many exclusions and just the overall price of things.....my husband had a literally 5 thousand dollar deductable at his job that he just got laid off from and we are gonna get COBRA, but can't change the deductable and he has had a lot of gastro problems all of a sudden and because the deductable is so high, we are having to pay for all these tests and procedures out of pocket and its so far around 2500 and we haven't gotten biopsies back yet! YIKES! I guess thats my big complaint, that its not better coverage and their are to many loopholes for them and it costs too stinking much!
