If Grandma got run over by a reindeer, will GEICO cover the insurance claim? One would say it should. Santa was flying a bit too low, in a no fly-zone. However, he could chalk it up to parking, but the defendant (i.e. Grandma) would simply refer to the folklore that Santa parks of rooftops. It would be quite the conundrum indeed. However, in the end, I think Geico wouldn't cover it. The reindeer ran her over, not Santa. They are living creatures, and could've dodged her easily. But Santa's malicious intent drove right over her. It'd technically be the reindeers' faults, not Santas. But no cash for Granny I'm afraid... Hah that made me laugh nope... the reindeer didnt have collision coverage The little gecko dude can be tricky. You might have some trouble - brace yourself for the worst. the cave man ran over my dog and damaged his wagon and they covered him........? If the reindeer was behind the wheel of the car that hit grandma, I would have to say yes. And if the reindeer was drunk driving, Grandma would really have a good case for suing If she bought the insurance plan with extra coverage, yes. Otherwise, she's dead meat for people stealing her money. |
