Mr. Silverstien revised his insurance on the WTC covering terrost attack. He won, did he get that 7 Billion? Or he's still trying to collect? What a great imvestment!! IF he got it.

I don't understand the point of your question (if there even is one). You state that he won, then ask if he received payment (which is what "winning" would seem to indicate).

And what is this question doing in "entertainment & music"? You conspiracy theory nuts never can get your stories straight...
