Can an atheist filing an insurance claim for an Act of God be charged with fraud? |

Boo. Hiss. We'll use it to our advantage. Such a statement is fraud, on the part of the insurance company. An insurance company cannot say that they will or will not cover something because of a magical sky fairy and his friends committed the act. They can sue for being forced to use such terminology. i don't think it actually works that way as it is a metaphor for an act of nature or a natural disaster as they call it on the news. peace lol. i'll get right on it, creating an atheist's insurance |
