would like to report somebody in texas that has received a claim on an onion crop and is still selling that onion.would like some help on this go to the Texas Department of Insurance website. I think insurance scams comes on a federal crime since all insurance companies are backed by the great USA government. So call them first. If you log onto the state of Texas web site I'm sure you can find their number. Insurance is a highly regulated industry and the state of Texas would be very interested in your information. Insurance fraud is a very serious crime that costs industry billions of dollars annually. Even insurance companies can be fined for knowingly or unknowingly committ violations.
