Can an disability insurance company stop paying a reciever if the Group leaves this comp but the person is DA? |
The person has been disabled for more then six month and they have been paying all this time. Are you talking about short term disability, or long term disability coverage? If the COVERAGE is for short term disability, it could just be that the payment period is over, then you have to submit your claim for LONG term disability.
