Which is better?real estate or insurance?i am majoring in marketing..? |
and im debating..insurance or real estate...any opinions?..also if i plan on moving out of state(my fiance in military)...what do i have to do?..i know in real estate its harder and i have to get re-lisc.but what about insurance?... real estate takes alot less time to make money. insurance is a career sale. it takes years to build a nook of business large enough to make the same money you can make within the first 2 years in real estate. and the market may be bad for some... good for others. it is a BUYERS market. that means good money for realtors. Real Estate is horrible right now. Homes are depreciating, so for the present I would say Insurance. You may not have to get relicensed as a Realtor. Most states have reciprocal programs state to state with the exception of Texas and Hawii (I think). If you are licensed in one state and move to another, the new state may require you to take some type of supplement class on that state's law. Some states are just straight forward, you just have to pay the licenses fees. BUT...keep in mind, I am not sure how insurance works but in real estate, establishing yourself in the business takes about 3 years (in one area/region) so if you are going to be moving often, then it may not be the best option. I'd go with insurance. The real estate market is not good now. I suggest Insurance is a better field. |
