What is the cost of delivering a baby in the U.S by C section? considering there is no medical insurance? |
My wife is scheduled to deliver our first born sometime in March 2007, we do not have medical insurance. Based on your experience or the experience of friends/ relatives etc. How much is it going to cost? Sooooo, considering there are no problems in your case, you are looking at around $10,000 easy. go to a clinic or a teaching hospital get it for around 5000 Go to the state office. A lot of states offer insurance for either really cheap or free. Otherwise you are looking at bills that you might not be able to pay and with a baby you don't want to get stuck with that bill. You will need insurance for the baby too, so they might be able to help you with that too. |
