Medical/health Insurance for H1b and H4 visa holder?


What is the best medical/health insurance ?Is dental,vision and pre natal included? What are HMO/PPO plan?What do i need to know about it? need some input. pls suggest. thanks =)

HMO is an insurance plan where you are limited to the choice of doctors that insurance company provides you with.

HMO is cheaper than PPO, but I would suggest getting a PPO plan. Stick with bigger insurance companies, they usually provide better rates.
