Can a medical provider ask me for my private insurance as collateral if I am being seen as a workers comp pt? |

There's a thing called "Coordination of Benefits" - meaning, if you have more than one insurance (in this case, workman's comp and private insurance) each plan can point fingers at the other and say "That one is responsible" and it can be a mess to sort out.
