Im currently working in the office of a loan mortgage with no experience, no training. can someone help me???? |
i was offered a job in a loan mortgage. Knowingly they offered me a job with no type of experience in this career. I took the offer. Im left in the office with noone hardly around to train me and now I feel as if im not doing the job correctly. I know i need to find my way through this on my own in the office but in a loan mortgage theres more detail than just secretarial work. its knowing the steps of loan processing. I used to be in the medical field im only 27 years old and never had my own property or have to much knowledge about it. Now that im finally here i feel like the people i work for im not doing enough. My response back to them isnt so much and it sseems as if there abit making me feel like im not doing the job. I need someone to give advice on how to deal with this. Im not quiting this job cause i know i can get far ahead while im in it. Please help point a to point b. Thank you 6 months agoMy postion answering phone lines. Agents call half the time. I need better results to say to them, how can I improve my skills.Im left half the time by my self in this office. They are making me feel like im not doing my job correctly. the was the position that was offered to me anyway, but now they make me feel lie there dissapointed.
