What is the best computer program to calculate loans (mortgages,etc)?

and what is the best computet program for word processing?
Is Microsoft word the best in his category?

I usually go to www.bankrate.com and use the tool on the site to calculate loans and mortgage and such. Also, I like Microsoft word and in my opinion it's the best in its category. I used to use word processor before about 20 years ago and hated it. When Microsoft introduced 'Word', I switched. There're so much I can do with Microsoft word.
