I would like to start my own loan brokering & mortgage busines, where do I go for help? is there a company ? You can easily open up a mortgage company but to become a broker it depends from state to to state. Be prepared to spend over 5,000 just to get the license alone. You will need to check with your state mortgage lending division. In the state of nevada you need to have atleast 2 years in the business before you can be eligble for a mortgage brokers license. I'm not aware of any companies that can help you become a broker. All it takes is experience and money. |
