we used this company years ago for our first home...had to drop them...they were so bloody slow trying to be so dang cautious.
we ended up going to a bank and had the deal done in a week...we did have to pay 1/2 point more, but that was okay cuz Remedy kept moving their feet so slow that the rates started going up |
