The best way that I found was to look in the fictitious business section of your local newspaper. Listed there will be all companies that are getting a name for their business. You might go to the county court that process fictitious business names, you might find a representative of the business paper in the hall ways trying to make a sale. Ask them how you can get a copy of their paper. Your job is to find the ones that look real estate related. You should compose a letter offering your services as a professional loan processor. See if you can get a couple of your current clients to write a letter of recommendation. Once you have composed your letter, gotten your letters of recommendations, send them out to your new prospective clients.
