I would like to be an Account Executive for a mortgage lender. Which lenders pay the most bps per loan volume? There are a lot of Account Executives out of a job at present. I know of at least 5 companies that have laid off all their Account Executives and looking at the sub-prime survivors, they are seeking the those that were laid off so they can get into the market that they had before being laid off. Most lenders are looking for those that have a following of mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers. If you do not have a following of mortgage brokers or bankers you are going up hill for the time being. You can not compare which company is best, where as one company might be high on BPS another might give you a bonus after a certain volume of loans that were closed. This is something that you will have to determine in an interview and then you will only know the salary of the company you interviewed for. I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
