Is anyone an experienced loan officer who can tell me if they like working for a bank or mortgage company more


I am a mortgage loan officer that has 1 yr experience inside sales. Now I want to go outside sales and I am wondering that if it is better for the most part to be with a big lender or with a broker. It seems like I could make more per loan with a broker but I don't know.

definitely go with a broker...
the only people that make $$$$$ at the bank is the bank.
