Are there any mortgage co's that do 125 LTV equity loans with high DTI ratios? |
Are there any mortgage co's that do 125 LTV equity loans with high DTI ratios? They are out there but it's a bad recipe for disaster in my opinion. I work foreclosures for a law firm (i'm not an atty though) and the volume increase over the last year has been staggering. I would sell before my credit is affected and buy again later when my DTI is stronger.
