Are there any banks that will let me open an checking are saving account online? Bank of America will let you open both a checking and savings account online. Source(s): http://www.bankofamerica.com Personal Experience ING Direct has my savings acct. I second Bank of America. I've used it for a few years after bad experiences with other banks and I love it. I opened an account online and never had to walk in there. Washington Mutual (http://www.wamu.com/personal/default.asp... allows you to open a checking and savings online...they charge NO FEES except for NSF fees, and you get free checks for life (I so want to marry WaMu they are the best bank EVER). Umbrellabank.com and they have great rates as well. Usually in the top 5 in the nation on money market accounts. Bank of America! Their online services are great and so convenient! I haven't walked into the bank in ages because I do everything online. I even pay all my bills online and I can transfer money to and from other non-BofA accounts. It's great! |
