I am not happy with my bank. Can anyone recommend the easiest to use online bank for checking and savings? |
If you could explain why you think it is the easiest that will help me. Demos online for banks don't paint the full picture. Check out INGDirect.com. I have been a customer since Feb 2006. No problems at all. You can do on-line, call toll free or snail mail. Also, you can receive on-line statements or receive them by Pony Express. Source(s): Current customer I dont know what to tell u........ I have experienced several banks web sites, do some research. I like BofA, the sites are simple but secure,and most of all accurate. Try the site for any questions, they also have live chat I like INGdirect as well. I have my savings account with them, and I'm loving the interest rate! They give you so many options of doing things, by email, by phone, etc, that it makes it very easy and convenient. The only downside is transfers back may take a couple days (I'm linked with my regular checking account). |
