all banking is online now. when you write a check, do you really think the banks send each other cash anymore?I doubt it very much
Yes because all banking is handled by computer software and the best model for computer software we have now is that of a web based application where a web browser serves as a user's interface to the programs and data.

Now if your question was, will all banking be accessible to everyone online, the answer is no. There will be some sites that are consumer facing and other sites that you will never be able to find on Google - but are used internally at and between banks.
