NatWest Online Banking? |
Does anyone else feel as frustrated with their online service as I am. It will not let you amend standing orders online. You have to cancel one and then set up a new one. However, if there is already another standing ording going into that account, you cannot set up a new one. It will not let you transfer between accounts, nor pay out, more than 拢10,000 in any one day, irrespective of the balance of your accounts Sorry to hear that you are having such problems. I am not sure about the standing order bit, but I can tell you that everyone (even companies) have a pay out limit per day, just to stop any fraudulent transactions happening. However, if you contact your bank you can have this limit set to whatever limit you choose, providing the funds are there to justify that. I dont have trouble with them...but yet again i dont have that knid of money...Are you married???lol i take it your just showing of cause u have more then 10 grand in the bank The standing order business on Nat West is very very frustrating. Pointless giving you the option really - I mean is it so unheard of to want to amend a standing order? Incidentally, I am no longer a customer because they are a bunch of blood sucking rip-off merchants. I guess Nat West has suffered more than most from 'Phishing' attacks against it's customers ... hence the restrictions... Last time I checked, Barclays was less restrictive .. but now I get about twice as many fake 'Check your Account' emails 'from' Barclays .. I suggest you look at the less well known Banks (the Phishers haven't focused on yet) Yes I am frustrated as I got the accounts specifically to transfer my millions of pounds between aswell. how darn annoying gosh darn golly. Oh well jolly hockey sticks eh old chap? |
