I have a new computer and cannot transfer data from my previous one. I have always done on-line banking with Bank One/Chase Bank. I need to set up my old information into the new computer.
IT not saved on your hard drive. The bank's server stores all your information. You should be able to log on to the banks online banking website and then be able to get into your banking account.
All you need to do is access http://www.chase.com and you should be in business -- all you'll need is your user name and password.
