Does anyone know of an online banking service other than PayPal?

I do not like PayPal, and anyway live in a place where it doesn't work. Would like to find a similar service, but haven't yet. Any tips?

Nochex, very similar to PayPal but I think you'll find that less people actually accept it.
First of all, PayPal is NOT a bank.

I would consider using Western Union to make payments, or ask winners of my eBay items with Western Union. I'd get the Western Union payment in the mail the NEXT day, as good as cash.

But if you are using PayPal to make payments, use your Credit card options to send the payment. That way you have the POWER of your bank to cancel payments. It might make Paypal mad, but you would get SERVICE.
