The 80068 sounds like the beginning of a toll free telephone number, which you should be able to get in full from the issuing bank. If you're the only one with access to the card and you didn't authorize the charge, file a dispute. It certainly has a ring of a scam, or at least some less than scrupulous behavior

contact your bank tell them you dont know of this charge or company and they will investigate the charge for you if fruadulent you should get your money back.
look in your bank ledger to see if you bought something with the same cost maybe off ebay sometimes businesses use a different name or a address to identify themselves, for instance when I get gas the address of the station comes up on my statement not the gas station.
or when I shop at Walmart ect. the address comes up on the statement.
if you do not believe you made the charge call your bank
