The 80068 sounds like the beginning of a toll free telephone number, which you should be able to get in full from the issuing bank. If you're the only one with access to the card and you didn't authorize the charge, file a dispute. It certainly has a ring of a scam, or at least some less than scrupulous behavior. Let your bank know that the charge isn't kosher. |
