Kids online bank accounts?

Where you can make kids savings accounts online.

At most banks and credit unions a parent must be the trustee for bank accounts for kids. So therefore the parent may have to set up the online account. I do not think it is recommended for children to be able to use online accounts because they really dont have anything like checks, credit cards, or bills that would require an online account to manage.
