You should check with your regular bank and see what they have to offer online. Most banks are set up online where you can check balances, statements, and transfer money around. Some even have the bill pay option. As far as just setting up a brand new bank account online, I don't know. I have never heard of anything like that and if it does exist I wouldn't recommend it. Like I said, most banks are set up now to where you don't ever have to actually set foot inside again if you don't want to.

No I would not trust a bank you cant go to unless it a credit card company, they have alot of fees
