Is there any online bank that i can open an account?


hi, i'm living in Turkey and working with Paypal. PAypal does not cover Turkey and Turkey banks to withdraw money. i've no USA bank account but they only say that i could withdraw my funds to an USA bank. i was wondering if there is a bank web site that i can open an account which will help me to withdraw my paypal funds.
